PRIDE/RAINBOW SOAP WORKSHOP

This workshop is intended for those people who have participated in and enjoyed our BEGINNERS SOAP MAKING WORKSHOP!

This ADVANCED SOAPMAKING WORKSHOP takes you beyond the basics. We pick up where we left off with the Beginner's Soap Making workshop, adding new techniques and methods. There are some important tips and tricks to making a successful batch of goat milk soap, and you will have the opportunity to use additional colours to build on your soap making skills.

Each advanced workshop will also include a speedy recap of our beginner's workshop.

ABOUT THE RAINBOW

There have been plenty of versions of the 2SLGBTQ+ flag over the years, and in this workshop we will make a twelve-soap block of the most widely seen "classic" flag, devised in 1978. 



This is quite an intricate soap to do well, requiring patience and accuracy, but it's not too difficult, and is suitable for beginner soapers as well as the more experienced crafter!  As always, there will be a choice of one of up to fifty scents to choose from. 

DETAILS:

• Maximum eight participants. 
• This is an adult-oriented workshop, recommended for those over the age of 16.
• We suggest you arrive at least five minutes prior to the posted workshop start time.
• The workshop runs for approximately two hours
• The workshop is held at Starlite Soap Studio, 622 Courtney St, Victoria, BC V8W 1C1 (between Government & Douglas)

WHAT TO WEAR:
Come as you are, but we suggest you wear closed-toe shoes and a long-sleeved shirt.
