REFUNDS, CHANGES AND NO-SHOWS
With 72 hours advance notification, Starlite Soap Studio allows for free re-booking of a workshop. We are sorry, but we cannot currently offer refunds.
CANCELLATIONS and NO-SHOWS
For cancellations and no-shows, we do not offer refunds, but you are welcome to transfer your seat to somebody else for the same event. Alternately, you may wish to arrange a "make at home" kit so you can complete your project at home.
If you are running late for a workshop, please contact us as soon as possible. Your spot and materials will be ready for you and you can join the class. If you are really late, you just may not have enough time to finish your project. The instructor will do all possible to assist you, but refunds cannot be offered if you can't catch up.
COVID-19 UPDATE, JULY 2020
Following a three-month COVID-19 shutdown, our host company, Good Planet, is gradually resuming operations through the summer. Our workshops recommenced in July.
We sent emails to all Starlite customers who had their workshops postponed due to the Good Planet COVID-19 shutdown in order to advise an easy, online method of re-booking. If you were impacted by a workshop postponement but did not receive these emails, please heck your "promo," "spam" or "trash" folders in case your security settings are set a little on the high side. Or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a re-send of the details.
For those prepaid customers who are not yet ready to venture into retail spaces, and would like to wait a while longer, there's no problem! Your booking is "on ice" until you decide that it is safe to re-book. For those prepaid customers who do not want to attend under any circumstance, you may wish to accept our offer of a "make at home" kit. Details are included in the above-mentioned email, which was sent out on the afternoon of May 23rd, 2020.
Our re-scheduled workshops will be just as much fun as before, but we are taking extra steps to ensure your safety by temporarily reducing the workshop size from 8 to just 4 people, which will assure a 2-metre safe separation between customers. There will be more sanitization, and minimal sharing of containers or equipment.
