Plus, its moisturizing and humectant capabilities make it a great hydration enhancer. Its mildness and lack of eye-stinging properties make it ideal for use in facial care products.

  • 2% - 10%
  • Capable of emulsifying up to 25% of oils
  • pH of 5 - 7.5
  • Does not respond well with cationic quaternary compounds such as Incroquat
